Kunshan Sofmit CloudWise Internet Technology Co., Ltd., known as Sofmit CloudWise, commenced its journey in 2002 with a registered capital of RMB 60 million. The company specializes in software development, information service outsourcing, intelligent tourism services, and professional IT solutions. With a widespread presence, Sofmit CloudWise boasts offices in key locations such as Shanghai, Hainan, Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi'an, and others. Notably, in 2010, we made a strategic investment by acquiring New Concept Co., Ltd., the second-largest IT company in the Japanese-Chinese sector. This acquisition has bolstered our operational capabilities and cultivated a mature and stable team in Japan.
